Quality Assurance
ACCESS is among the 3% of U.S. small
businesses that possess an ISO 9001:2000 certification and SEI CMMI rating.
ACCESS achieved its ISO 9001:2000
Certification (US-2324) in October 2003, passing its
Registration Assessment without any non-conformity. Our on-going
compliance is independently audited twice each year. This
certified quality approach is implemented on every client
program or task to ensure successful performance,
performance-based standards are met, and Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) are achieved throughout the life of the
contract.
ACCESS has implemented and maintains a
corporate-wide ISO 9001:2000-certified Quality Management System
(QMS). All ACCESS personnel receive training on the QMS and are
required to comply with QMS provisions. ACCESS is audited by an
external party every six months to ensure that the QMS meets ISO
requirements and that ACCESS managers and employees are
following QMS requirements.
ACCESS is also committed to the Carnegie
Mellon Software Engineering Institute's Software Capability
Maturity Model (SEI CMM), and CMM Integrated (CMMI).
