Quality Assurance  

ACCESS has implemented and maintains a corporate-wide ISO 9001:2008-certified Quality Management System  (QMS). This certified quality approach is implemented on every client program or task to ensure successful performance, performance-based standards are met, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved throughout the life of the contract. All ACCESS personnel receive training on the QMS and are required to comply with QMS provisions. ACCESS is audited by an external party every six months to ensure that the QMS meets ISO requirements and that ACCESS managers and employees are following QMS requirements.

ACCESS has aligned our business processes with the new CMMI-SVC set of quality practices and registered for appraisal with the SEI. ACCESS is currently undergoing Standard Capability Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) appraisals (SEI Appraisal ID 14913). These appraisals will conclude in August of 2010.
