contract vehicle, specifically designed as the preferred

majority of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’)
enterprise infrastructure and initiatives. EAGLE
(Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge
Solutions) was designed to offer a broad range of
services, solutions and contract types to fulfill the
majority of component and departmental IT services
